Payment and Security

Paypal can be used to process  online orders if you wish. Please follow their instructions. Cheques are acceptable, email: fatlavalady@yahoo.com for payment details. Any information that you do give fatlavalady.com will be used solely, for us to process and dispatch your order .We do not pass on, or share any of your details to third parties after you make a purchase.

Postage and Packing

We aim to ensure all items listed are in stock, however some items displayed are for sale in retail outlets and if sold between site website updates are unavailable. Purchased items will be dispatched within 7 working days of cleared payment. (Monday to Friday only.) Secure packaging and boxes are used to ensure safe arrival of your selected item and are included in the price of the item.

fatlavalady.com  will post items FREE OF CHARGE to the U.K Mainland  and will be sent Royal Mail Recorded (signed for) First Class, Special Delivery or Special Delivery Next Day, depending on the cost of the item/items.

Items sent Internationally will need to be calculated according to their  weight. Please e-mail for delivery costs.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order, however we do understand that you may want to return an item.We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund (excluding any postage and service fees) providing goods have been returned within 14 days of receipt and arrive back to fatlavalady.com  in the same condition as it was sent (in the original packaging). PLEASE NOTE: Goods are returned to fatlavalady.com at your own cost. We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds on items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us.If you wrap items securely and return the item to us using Recorded (signed for) delivery or ask for proof of postage, both available in U.K. Post Offices. Please remember to keep any receipts.

We sell West German Ceramics from the 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's.

Please remember that the Ceramics sold by fatlavalady.com are up to and over 40 years old. So please expect some pieces to have aged gracefully. fatlavalady.com will always attempt to describe an item as fairly and as succinctly as possible (we may at times get carried away with some descriptions but please bear with us they are in respect and adoration for these amazing pieces of work!!!!) Imperfections, if any, will be mentioned in each individual description and a photograph added where necessary. These items are old and will not have the appearance of "brand new" items bought elsewhere. They are the antiques for now and for the future!! If you you require further photographs all you need to do is ask, we are here to help.

We have worked hard to ensure that descriptions, colour reproduction, dimensions and prices are correct at the time of printing/ submission to the website. Please also remember to use these photographs as a guide and that the quality and colour of the photographs can be represented differently on different monitors.
